In an article from The Hollywood Reporter it has been revealed that Margarita Man himself, Jimmy Buffet, will have a cameo in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. A longtime friend of Jurassic producer Frank Marshall, you may remember Buffet’s cameo in Jurassic World during the attack on Main Street. Now he is back for the upcoming sequel, but whether or not he will be rescuing margaritas again remains to be seen.
“I like to put him in a movie once in a while,” says Frank Marshall of Jimmy Buffett, who has uncredited cameos in both Jurassic World movies, including June’s Fallen Kingdom.

I have two best guesses… After the DPG successfully departs the island having rescued Rexy and Blue, along with numerous other dinosaurs… the adults are going to want a drink. Where better than Margaritaville?! Or he’ll be bidding on the Indoraptor.
Likely in the bar Claire meets Owen. His music in the background.
Or maybe he will be in that conference scene amungst a bunch of survivors from the Pterasaur attack incident
