There are three distinct variations of Velociraptor which were cloned by InGen, not counting sexual dimorphism seen within each individual version. However, despite the surface level variations, each sub-species remains relatively similiar in terms of physical attributes. Each species is roughly 6 feet tall…

    1. With, roughly, 30 seconds of total footage available…you’ve declared it a bust. I expect big things from you in Hollywood. They NEED clairvoyance like this. Just don’t forget the little people on your way up.

      1. So I thought it was the indoraptor and then I decided to take a screen shot of it and put it through a brightness and contrast changing fest, It is DEFINITELY the Baryonyx, You can see three feet and its face size and dimentions are VERY similar to the Spinosaurus in Jurassic Park III, Although, we don’t know FOR SURE what the Indoraptor is made from, we just assume its the indominus with a base genome of Veloceraptor but it could possibly be spino and velo or bary and velo. though Highly unlikely. Also the shape and size of the animal’s legs is quite large and the animal must be crouched down crazy low, its big. Plus does anyone notice the backround? where are they? are they on the submarine? A bunker? QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED ON JUNE 22 2018!!!!

I’m not putting the indoraptor thing out of the question I’m just saying its probs the baryonyx.

  1. This tease alone makes me excited not only to seeing the trailer on Thursday, but hopefully seeing it attached to Last Jedi in IMAX awesomeness!

  2. baryonyx? no
    Indo? i dont think so
looks like a juvenile t rex more then anything
And that dosent look like rexy either…Thats a green trex.

  3. I agree with a lot of what’s been said. The snout looks far too short to be the Baryonyx, and unless it’s a juvenile it’s way too small (I doubt anyone reading this isn’t familiar with the beastie, but a full-grown Baryonyx was somewhere between 25 ft/7.5 meters and 33 ft./10 meters).

My body is ready! And I’m so happy to see Rexy (even if she’s been captured). Really, the only time I’ve been happier to see her was after Claire said, “Open Paddock 9.”

  4. I think I’ve found our Baryonyx- the creature that runs past immediately after the Ankylosaurus on the left. You have to freeze it- but in several frames it looks like that’s what it is. Its blurry, but it’s too big to be a Galimimus and I can definitely see folded arms.

    1. It does look a bit big, but it’s definitely not the Baryonyx (Head is WAY too small, and the neck is WAY too long). Just a giant Gallimimus

  5. Honestly, this scene alone seems more compelling than almost anything I watched in Jurassic World. And the direction and CGI is so much more on point.

I realize this is a VERY tiny clip and I’ll reserve judgement until a full trailer comes out, but it did its job in getting me excited, that’s for sure. Didn’t watch the TV spot because of the lower quality; want to see everything for the first time in HD.

  6. I know I’m repeating myself, but seriously, the CGI looks SO. GOOD. I hope it’s that great across the entire film, because damn. I have always said, regardless of how bad the script is (and I’m not holding out much hope for the dialogue or characterizations considering we’re still stuck with Trevorrow and Connolly), Bayona was always going to deliver a beautiful looking film and bring out the best performances from the cast. I stand by that and expect nothing less in that department.

    1. You really want them to show us all the animatronics before the film comes out? The trailer isn’t even here yet, dude. Be patient.

That was the problem with the Jurassic World trailer and TV spots, they showed us all the great shots from the movie before the film was even out. Made for a much less surprising atmosphere in the cinemas.

  7. I think that other dino could be metriacanthosaurus. It’s too early and I doubt they want to almost fully reveal indoraptor in first TV spot and full length trailer. Even Indominus in first trailer of the JW was cleverly hidden.

  8. What I hope is you see the scenes with this Indoraptor. I really think Claire and Justice Smith could be in the maintinence tunnels we saw in Jurassic Park: The Game. That would be amazing if it was. Plus, the hole the raptor is coming out of looks like a sewer. Maybe the tunnels, since they were built to keep maintain the park, maybe it connects to the sewer. Hey, people gotta have droppings somewhere as well, right?

    1. Now that you mention JPTG, Could it be….
Could it be the Troodon? It would fit perfectly in the new film with a dark and scary theme. I would love to see a JPTG style Troodon in a Jurassic film. Creepy glowing eyes, poison bite, laying eggs in people, its perfect!
