There are three distinct variations of Velociraptor which were cloned by InGen, not counting sexual dimorphism seen within each individual version. However, despite the surface level variations, each sub-species remains relatively similiar in terms of physical attributes. Each species is roughly 6 feet tall…

Three New Dinosaurs Hitting ‘Jurassic World Evolution’ Tomorrow with ‘Carnivore Dinosaur Pack’ DLC!

Get ready to boot up those labs, and extract some DNA, as three new species of dinosaur are hitting Jurassic World Evolution tomorrow (April 17th)! Announced on the PlayStation store, this small DLC pack is listed for a price of $8.25 – check out the trailer below!

Unleash three new carnivorous dinosaurs into your park and witness the chaos they create. These menacing predators will challenge any park manager.

• Herrerasaurus has a long narrow skull with lots of serrated teeth for tearing into the flesh of its prey.

• Acrocanthosaurus features large spines running along it’s back giving it a name that translates to “high-spined lizard”. This large muscular theropod is a force to be reckoned with.

• Proceratosaurus may be a small two-legged dinosaur with a distinctive nasal crest but it is also an ancient relative of the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex!

No word yet if the DLC adds any other new additions to the game, like missions, gameplay tweaks, or otherwise – so stay tuned for potential updates.

Don’t yet have Jurassic World Evolution? Now’s the perfect time to pick up the park management simulator video game which allows you to play on Isla Nublar, Sorna, and the Muertes Archipelago (also known as the five deaths). You can order the game from Amazon today on the Xbox or PlayStation.

The DLC page has yet to be added to any storefront outside of PlayStation, which can be accessed here. Keep your eyes peeled, as it should hit the appropriate marketplaces soon!

  1. I think the best design here is the Proceratosaurus, but even then I’m not much of a fan.
The Herrerasaurus doesn’t really do too much to seperate it from Velociraptor yet.
Acrocanthosaurus does go a little too far from the more slender animal it really was, especially in the head. The sail as well is barely there, both height and length wise.

All in all, it’s okay by JWE standards, nothing really special about it yet.

      1. Yes it was at least from a comparative standpoint though I guess that depends on your definition of slender. The animals head was narrow like other Allosauroids and its build overall was more streamlined than the likes of Tyrannosaurs, this is still a large sturdily animal mind you. https://cdna.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/005/253/110/large/vitamin-imagination-5.jpg?1489653166

My contention is JWE basically turned it into a pseudo T.rex particularly with its skull shape which honestly takes away the appeal for me. Tis a shame though Acrocanthosaurus is one of my personal favorite theropods wish it could’ve been done more justice.

    1. It triggers me every time someone says ‘Aquatic Dinosaurs!’ No dinosaur was aquatic but some were semi-aquatic. Aquatic reptiles would be better wording.

Also Aquatic Reptiles and Pterosaurs are extremely unlikely because of the games rendering (At lease I think). You are better off hoping for a sequel game.

  2. I LOVE all the designs to be honest!!! I don’t even care if there are new animations and what not, yes it would be nice to see new animations, but it’s OK if there isn’t. Out of all of them I think the Acrocanthosaurus is my favorite, but again I love them all.

  3. I still want the DLC sequel to the secrets of Doctor wu. I am glad tho that we are getting what we pay for in terms of DLC, where the more impressive DLC are more expensive. To me it would be great if we could completely design our own dinosaur species, as we already have battle stats for each dino, and would be cool to take that customisation even further.

  4. Everyone: “Please add aquatic dinosaurs! Please add new buildings and shops!”

Studio: “here is yet another high priced, exciting DLC that includes more carnivores that are slightly different from the ones you already have.”

  5. Bence efsane oyun. Yeni gelicek dinazorlarla dağa iyi olabilir. Fakat oyun çok pağalı. Ama parasına değiyor. Birde Masasorus gibi dinazorlar olsa dağa iyi olur bide Ptorodaktil

  6. Bence efsane oyun. Yeni gelicek dinazorlarla dağa iyi olabilir. Fakat oyun çok pağalı. Ama parasına değiyor. Birde Masasorus gibi dinazorlar olsa dağa iyi olur.

  7. So an animation takes a few days to make (Skyrim modding experience). And this game has been out for how long now? The devs have ONE job… Making the game… Yet they keep rehashing old animations? Lazy.
